**4kay Events Waterslide Rental Service Agreement** This Agreement is between 4kay Events (the "Company"), and the undersigned user (the "Customer"), and relates to the rental of waterslide equipment by the Customer from the Company. 1. **Rental Equipment and Period**: The Company agrees to provide the waterslide rental equipment to the Customer for the rental period agreed upon reservation. 2. **Payment**: The Customer agrees to pay the rental fees in advance. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods or extra services. 3. **Use of Rental Equipment**: The Customer agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose in a safe and careful manner. 4. **Damage or Loss**: Customer will be held responsible for any damage to or loss of the rental equipment, excluding normal wear and tear. 5. **Safety and Instruction**: The Company will provide the Customer with safety instructions for the use of the waterslide equipment. Customer agrees to follow these instructions carefully. 6. **Cancellation Policy**: If a reservation is canceled less than seven days before the rental period, the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental fee. 7. **Liability**: The Customer agrees to take full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injury or damage that may occur from use of the rental equipment. 8. **Governing Law**: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Company operates.
